We're currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Installation Technicians
Experienced professionals who can expertly install our Carolina FlexShield™ rubber surfacing systems. Ideal candidates have experience in concrete work, surface preparation, or similar trades, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Project Managers
Organized leaders who can oversee installations from initial consultation through project completion. Experience in construction management, customer service, and team coordination is essential.
Sales & Estimators
Customer-focused professionals who can assess project needs, provide accurate estimates, and build lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients.
What We're Looking For
The ideal Carolina Surfacing team member is:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented with commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Physically capable of performing installation work (for field positions)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel to job sites as needed
